About the Role
- - - - What You Will Do ----
- Uncovering new Vendors to support the business
- Maintain Vendor CRM database and pricing.
- Responsible for vendor reporting requirements.
- Work with internal teams quoting and accounting teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze vendor performance data, market trends, and financial information.
- Work with internal teams to track and maintain renewal information.
- Work with Operations to ensure contract compliance.
- Partner with internal Sales, Ops and Technical teams on a variety of things like, quotes, playbooks, blog content and more.
- Plan and coordinate events such as training sessions, workshops, Vendor QBRs, etc.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to provide internal and external content for sales campaigns, webinars, and informational sessions, etc.
- Improve process operational efficiencies, and identify automation opportunities
- - - - What You Will Need ----
- BA/BS preferably in human resources management or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Vendor Manager/Resourcing manager/Talent Acquisition Program Manager in fast paced environment
- Strong Program/project management experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred, with multilingual abilities an advantage.
- Organized, detail-focused approach capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- The ability to work collaboratively cross functionally. This includes sharing information, providing support, and contributing to the overall success of the resources and onboarding process.

- Shows adaptability to frequent changes in the work environment, ability to learn new techniques, and change approach or method to best fit the situation.
- Excellent organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain detailed records throughout the process.
- Understanding of Localization, Data Annotation and Tech.
- Understanding of business principles, human behavior and motivation.
