Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the subject matter experts to analyze current business processes and workflows to recommend improvements through automation.

  • Execute data quality cleansing, validation, and input activities with acute attention to detail and accuracy

  • Design and implement data-driven solutions using SQL/SOQL and Python to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Develop new automation tools to support our people and processes.

  • Work closely with IT and support teams to seamlessly integrate analytical solutions into existing systems.

  • Document enablement material to ensure proper training and end-user acceptance.

  • Identify and analyze data quality concerns and propose solutions to mitigate or resolve them.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • 2+ years of analytical experience, ideally in Renewal Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Product Management, Business Technology, or related fields.

  • Experienced using SQL / SOQL / Python in data analysis and data manipulation.

  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet tools, MS Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the skills you'll use every day for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience automating manual processes using Python.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect patterns and analyze disparate data.

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, synthesize information, and develop solutions and recommendations.

  • Self-starter with a record of success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong written business communication and verbal presentation skills.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce tools and database structure.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use.
