In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in change management, quality check, reporting, visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, managing MS excel (DB management & dashboard), data analytics and drawing inferences & governance & monitoring
  • 2+ years of experience in Queries in SQL, UAT, ability to apply documentation standards, translate technical language into plan business language, running daily/monthly routines & researching

Job Expectations:

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis for informed decision-making and strategic insights
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Work independently to ensure closure on all change related activities
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned Change projects
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require knowledge of Change control center and Business Execution, and understanding of Change management methodology
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
