What you'll do:

Strategic Monorepo Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of a cutting-edge monorepo architecture that meets the evolving needs of our global engineering organization, focusing on scalability, performance, and developer efficiency.

Global Standards and Best Practices: Establish and promulgate global standards for software development, contributing to a culture of excellence. Advocate for best practices that ensure the highest levels of code quality and engineering performance.

Innovation and Technology Roadmapping: Identify, evaluate, and advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies that can significantly impact the efficiency and capability of our monorepo environment.

Problem Solving and Thought Leadership: Tackle the most challenging and complex problems in monorepo management, providing thought leadership and innovative solutions that set industry benchmarks.

What you'll bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, with a proven track record in managing large-scale software development environments.

Deep expertise in monorepo management, version control systems (especially Git), and the challenges and opportunities associated with large-scale engineering operations.

Demonstrated experience in architecting and implementing advanced CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and release strategies.

Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
