Manager – Delivery Excellence

As a Manager in the Delivery Excellence team that supports the Business and Risk consulting service line, you will support the execution of delivery excellence initiatives that contribute to standardized delivery process across consulting engagements. You will work under the guidance of senior leaders to ensure delivery consistency and help improve client satisfaction through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in developing Delivery Excellence frameworks for the service line
  • Drives root cause analysis and work with both delivery team and onshore to identify and implement delivery process improvements.
  • Apply standardized delivery processes and assist in tracking KPIs.
  • Identify delivery risks and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
  • Conduct delivery reviews and document findings.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams and support issue resolution.
  • Participate in training and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in professional services delivery or consulting.
  • Hands on experience to MS Excels (formula, VBA, charts), Power BI (Data visualization), MS-Power point, MS Visio
  • Understanding of delivery processes and quality frameworks.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
