Create and manage marketing creative Performance campaigns on a global scale for our games across multiple channels and platforms based on marketing needs

Creative

  • Produce creative performance assets to Playtika’s mobile games, based on Data and user behavior to the different marketing departments (Ua + Retargeting + Aso).
  • - Review creative performance outcomes to improve and optimize results
  • - Being up to date with game marketing and worldwide social media trends and implementing them in our creative performance asset
  • - Working with in house designers and animation team to create these assets.
  • - participate and lead initiative-creative tech-tools to improve efficiency and simplify creative ideation and producing.

Performance

  • Producing monthly creative performance reports, competitor activity
  • reports, trend analyses, and gathering insights based on the results.
  • Lead new creative and media methodologies tests

Day to day Coordination

  • Work closely with UA managers, source owners to better understand needs, strength the relationship, and share knowledge between performance - creative departments.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing\performance creative role
  • Sharp-minded and creative thinker with a passion for both marketing and analytics
  • Proven ability to lead projects from start to finish with a positive "can-do" attitude and strategic mindset.
  • Initiative, independent & leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and producing and optimizing creatives
  • Experience in the gaming industry - an advantage
