What you'll do...
What you'll do:
•Manages team backlog, manages team working agreement, partners with Project and Program Managers, plans and manages small team level projects, reports on team delivery metrics, removes delivery impediments, manages procurement for team level initiatives
- Manages deliverables according to Agile and Hybrid Project standards established by Project Management Office.
What you'll bring:
- You have advanced knowledge of Agile principles including the SCRUM methodology and ability to apply them in day-to-day team delivery.
- Have advanced knowledge of industry Agile project manager tool-set (ex. Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Tableau, Teams, etc.) and can apply to support daily job functions.
- You have a demonstrated track record of driving delivery of team level planned activities following a sprint schedule as well as managing multiple low to high complexity projects.
- Can lead a team through Agile/Scrum ceremonies and achieve desired results
- Develop project schedule and ability to drive cross collaborative effort
- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities with peers and applies managing up principles.
- Demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to understand when and to whom to escalate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
