Your Role:
Maintain customer satisfaction by managing service delivery and directing site engineers and contractors. Identify and resolve customer issues, providing clear communication and involving service personnel as needed.
Set priorities and schedules for service actions, ensuring compliance and equipment maintenance.
Foster team development, promoting a high-performance work environment for site-dedicated staff.
Oversee equipment inventory and service schedules, coordinating with OEMs, and managing invoicing/payment issues.
May be requested to serve upon or provide consultation to various hospital committees or teams as requested by the customer with prior approval of site management
May be required to be available 24 x 7 via phone or pager, work alternate shifts, rotate in an on-call status.
You’re the right fit if:
Associate’s degree or equivalent training/experience in electronics or Biomedical Engineering and/or CBET certification.
5+ years servicing medical equipment is required; lead/supervisory experience in the medical industry preferred.
Your skills include the ability to effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture, and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You must be able to:
Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.
Work flexible hours (based on business needs to include overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations).
Safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials; wear all required personal protective equipment.

The hourly pay range for this position in NY is $32.16 to $55.13, plus overtime eligible.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
