Responsible for operational cases in SalesForce (Define by TL & clear % of cases to be handled monthly)
Comply with all required policies & local labor law
Working closely with other department like Payroll, HR, Finance, Government Relations, Staffing;
Process ownership on designated areas at country level
Point of contact for HRS specialists, back up for larger range of activities and for escalation regarding basic cases Act as a back-up for supervisor and for priorities and escalation path
Knowledge Management focus to enhance self service capabilities.
Perform audit checks.

Create, maintain, and update SOPs and PMs on regular basis to ensure latest accurate versions are always available.
Use knowledge of Six Sigma. Utilizing the excel based on HR data; evaluate alternatives and drive recommendation process.
Key skills and qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and 4 years in HR administration and Time & Attendance
Fluent in Polish - Advanced English
Experience with data analysis 2 years or more
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
