Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for operational cases in SalesForce (Define by TL & clear % of cases to be handled monthly)
  • Comply with all required policies & local labor law
  • Working closely with other department like Payroll, HR, Finance, Government Relations, Staffing;
  • Process ownership on designated areas at country level
  • Point of contact for HRS specialists, back up for larger range of activities and for escalation regarding basic cases Act as a back-up for supervisor and for priorities and escalation path
  • Knowledge Management focus to enhance self service capabilities.
  • Perform audit checks.
  • Point of contact for HRS specialists, back up for larger range of activities and for escalation regarding basic cases.
  • Create, maintain, and update SOPs and PMs on regular basis to ensure latest accurate versions are always available.
  • Use knowledge of Six Sigma. Utilizing the excel based on HR data; evaluate alternatives and drive recommendation process.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and 4 years in HR administration and Time & Attendance
  • Fluent in Polish - Advanced English
  • Experience with data analysis 2 years or more
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
