- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience working in engineering organizations spanning work across engineering, product, technical program management and operations.
- 10 years of experience managing technical projects in the technical infrastructure domain, including process optimization, program management, and cross-functional influence at leadership level.
- 10 years of experience managing a team with influence spanning a global organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience with complex global supply chains and operational environments, particularly in identifying and driving on-going process improvement, and leveraging software support to increase efficiency, ideally in a hyperscale environment.
- Ability to lead large teams and major complex programs.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with a sense of urgency, delivering capacity to meet customers’ demands on a timely basis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
