Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
4 years of experience working in a consultative sales position.
2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience in a leadership role managing high performing teams, identify, attract and develop diverse, talented people, and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
Ability to model and coach business behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
