Collaborate with customers to gather and analyze their product requirements.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for products in use.
Train end-users product application and use.
Provide support for order management, product delivery, and general product information.
Review customer RFQ's and other documents to develop key data (styles, descriptions, configurations, prices, lead-times, etc.) for use in quotations and orders.
Provide customers with product application information, product availability, and order verification.
You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills and critical thinking
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and open to new challenge
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and solutions being sold
