Job Summary:

If you run toward problem-solving, you’re our kind of person.As a NetApp Project Manager within the CFO organization, you will use your strong project and program management experience tobusiness requirements, shape and guide the plan, influence and align stakeholders, and hold team memberstrack record on ERP implementation is preferred.


Responsibilities:
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams related to IT, Cloud, Security, and Operations business systems and initiatives
  • Determineproject cost, resource requirements, and project timing based on scope and complexity of the project
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, communication, and updates
  • In collaboration with key SMEs, develop metrics for process improvements, business readiness, technology readiness, and user adoption
  • Identify root cause(s) of problems and develop “get well” plans
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise presentations to executives that include analysis, metrics, project improvements, and controls
  • Research andanalyzebest practices for continuous improvements
  • Work with change management leads to increase user adoption
  • Perform cost and benefit analyses to help the PMO prioritize projects accordingly
Requirements:
  • 5+ years’ experience leading enterprise-wide cloud, information technology, or cyber security projects/programs
  • Extensive knowledge of project management best practices, including but not limited to, Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong record of managing competing priorities with attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, candor, and a willingness to speak up even when speaking up makes the room uncomfortable
  • Ability to convey complex ideas and issues in a simple, narrative arc
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly learn
  • Comfort with ambiguity and leading others through ambiguity
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence leaders; skilled in asking the right question(s)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business or related fields
