Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you’ll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

Responsibilities:

  • You will project manage all aspects for clients and update them every step of the way.
  • You will implement standard and common Treasury product packages for clients.
  • You will monitor progress of implementation and end to end resolution as applicable.
  • You will respond to implementation requests received by email and phone, and questions from internal partners or clients.
  • You will conduct research using various bank systems to enable response to client questions and inquiries.

What we are looking for:

  • You will have broad understanding of cash and treasury management products.
  • You will have prior experience in managing onboarding with multiple deliverables and internal/external stakeholder management.
  • You will have the ability to influence people, drive key deliverables, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Skills that will help (optional):

  • Efficient organisation and leadership skills will be an advantage.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be an advantage.
