Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- This role plays an instrumental part in the way the brand is portrayed and leveraged in association withall our partnerswithin the China market and ensuresthrough partner activationwe continue to raise the awareness and image of adidas as theleadingGlobal Brand.
- Key driver and implementer ofhowthe brandto activate sports partners, to maximize the ROI of sports marketingand delivering towards the brands position as thetopinsports.
- To optimize and leverage thecategory activation plans, create synergy among categories and manage portfolio via a horizontal perspective.
- Drive and coordinate thehorizontal partnerships for the brand.
- Capture key teamwear business opportunities in the market and connect with internal teams to fulfill the commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify the key teamwear business needs in the market across all the categories
- Build the connection with key external partners who has the teamwear demand and bring back for internal evaluation
- Work with internal teams to fulfill the teamwear needs from external and leverage Lock Room as the key tools
- CoordinateMWBconsolidation among categories.
- Activate all the teamwear partners for marketing activities if needed
- Support partner activationteam lead for other integration & activation tasks
- Other horizontal topics.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business / marketing
- Minimum6years’ experience working in Marketing, preferably with some experience in Sports Marketing and/orStrategic Planning.
