How you make a difference

As a Retail Operations & Go-to-Market Manager, you are the driving force behind Samsung’s retail strategy. You will manage three key areas: Displays and In-Store Experience, Product Rollout and Maintenance, and Training and Knowledge Retention. With a strategic and hands-on approach, you ensure that Samsung products are optimally presented in the Benelux market. You will work closely with retail partners to ensure a strong brand experience and a consistent in-store presence. Additionally, you will contribute to innovative retail initiatives and support training efforts for store staff, ensuring customers always receive the best information and service.

Key Responsibilities

Displays and In-Store Experience

  • Design, build, and set up impactful in-store displays that guide the customer journey and elevate product visibility.
  • Ensure displays align with Samsung’s global standards while meeting local customer expectations.

Product Rollout and Maintenance

  • Lead the core rollout strategy for new product launches, ensuring timely updates and visibility for each product across all retail partners.
  • Maintain store displays and ensure optimal product lineup visibility in collaboration with our maintenance field team and agencies, to guarantee a consistent and high-quality presence.

Training and Knowledge Retention

  • Work with retail staff (including partners like Media Markt) to optimize product knowledge and customer engagement, utilizing online learning platforms and organizing special training events.
  • Drive initiatives for knowledge retention and efficiency, supporting third-party retailers with the latest Samsung product insights.
  • Identify and implement new retail initiatives, to enhance the customer journey and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with data teams to leverage insights for qualitative KPIs, such as ensuring timely coverage and maintaining quality standards.
  • Reviewing executed plan and take learnings for next go to market launches

Retail Strategy and Market Development

  • Support the strategy for retail presence, including shop-in-shop concepts, store renovations, and partner trend analysis (e.g., store openings and closures).
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to manage operator and open-market relationships across the Benelux, including major retailers like Coolblue, Fnac, and Vanden Borre.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support local initiatives that align with Samsung's guidelines, adapt to local market needs, and oversee loyalty programs and special projects.
  • Manage Samsung’s training platforms (e.g., S-Academy) and support knowledge retention via events, newsletters, social media, and other channels.


Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple projects across different regions while maintaining a clear overview.

We also request:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, trade marketing, or a similar role in tech.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and an ability to prepare presentations and reports for various stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus; Korean is advantageous but not required).
  • Willing to travel frequently within the Benelux region.
