15 years of experience in HR leadership in global, multinational companies including HR business partnership roles, at regional or country level
Experience designing and implementing DEI strategies and programming for the UK market
Experience in building and leading a team
Experience in employment laws, regulations and labour relations within the UK, and with employee representative bodies
Preferred qualifications:
Experience as a Head of HR UK in a multinational company
Senior level management experience in a high performing and fast-paced global environment, preferably in high tech
Ability to lead with facts and inform with data
Strong cross-functional collaborator and influencer, with the ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders and advocate change through influence rather than authority
High degree of personal and professional credibility, including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands
