Minimum qualifications:

- 15 years of experience in HR leadership in global, multinational companies including HR business partnership roles, at regional or country level
- Experience designing and implementing DEI strategies and programming for the UK market
- Experience in building and leading a team
- Experience in employment laws, regulations and labour relations within the UK, and with employee representative bodies
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a Head of HR UK in a multinational company
- Senior level management experience in a high performing and fast-paced global environment, preferably in high tech
- Ability to lead with facts and inform with data
- Strong cross-functional collaborator and influencer, with the ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders and advocate change through influence rather than authority
- High degree of personal and professional credibility, including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands
