Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications /Job Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in in the wireless communication field, particularly in standards or systems engineering

· 5+ years of experience in IP topics including IDF generation, patent filing, IP analysis, litigation support, or other IP related activities.

· Knowledge of key SEP/Non-SEP litigations in India

· Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills

· Leadership experience in driving cellular wireless technology and/or IP projects

· Experience with 3GPP standards, especially RAN1 or RAN2. Prior experience in participating in 3GPP standards meetings desirable.

· Experience in public speaking at conferences and webinars

· Policy and government advocacy experience not required but desirable

· Prior patent grants not required but desirable

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.ORMaster's degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.ORPhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
