As part of our capital markets team in Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, or Stuttgart, you will provide audit and non-audit services to clients who are developing and executing transformational strategies, such as launching an initial public offering (IPO) in the U.S., implementing improvements to internal controls under the U.S. Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) and transitioning to either IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards.Our Capital Markets team in Germany is part of our Professional Practice Group, which is responsible for supporting our audit teams in applying audit standards appropriately and maintaining the firm’s central priority of audit quality.
