Your Impact
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the main contact for our Partners, supporting them in driving software adoption and customer success. This exciting role includes:
- Enabling Partners to adopt Cisco Software through available programs.
- Supporting partners in delivering Success Programs and optimizing these initiatives.
- Conducting workshops and training sessions, using successful case studies to enhance partner onboarding.
- Acting as a liaison between Partners and Cisco’s CX product teams, sharing valuable feedback for product development.
- Supervising adoption initiatives, assessing their impact, and refining strategies as necessary.
- Managing services and creating new service offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in developing and executing adoption plans across various technology areas such as Security, Observability, and Networking.
- At least 2 years of experience in Partner enablement and software adoption within the Partner ecosystem.
- Proven track record of building strong, trust-based relationships within the partner and sales community.
- Experience leading virtual cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative relationships.
- Understanding of recurring revenue concepts, margin, and attrition.
- Local language is preferred, plus strong communication skills, both written & spoken in English
