• Manage key programs to drive business outcomes
• Drive monthly goal reviews for org director and leadership team
• Raise the bar for goal updates/statuses for the org
• Own reporting of key metrics that drive critical business outcomes
• Deep dive into data trends and provide recommendations based on analysis

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Knowledge of SQL

- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
