• Responsible for delivering projects & managing maintenance deliverables
• Define project scope and develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead project & Care managers and also cross-functional teams; including customer engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and implement project management processes, policies, and standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Manage project budget and resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, and mentor and develop project managers.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, etc.).
• Experience with project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project and other relevant tools.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in strategic planning and risk management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, etc.).
