• Achieve agreed sales targets with SAP SuccessFactors
• Drive sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
• Manage opportunities by engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify decision-makers across various customer departments and build trusted relationships at the CxO level (CHRO, CIO).
• Present the SuccessFactors portfolio and actively participate in contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Presales, Value Advisory, and Industry Account Executives, to develop tailored account strategies.
• Understand customer needs, value drivers, and guide their transition to the cloud.
Your Profile
• 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in high-velocity sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, HR software, and the competitive landscape of the HCM market. Career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
• Solid technical understanding of cloud applications and their impact on HR transformations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
