As our, you will be responsible for business process design, analysing requirements and provide functional solution for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading the conceptualization, design, and implementation of SAP OTC solutions, offering guidance, and overseeing team performance.
  • Interpreting business process requirements and presenting tailored SAP OTC strategies to meet client needs, considering budgetary constraints and timeline.
  • Supervising all stages of the project, from initial planning to go-live and support, managing timelines and coordinating resources for various projects or project phases.
  • Providing clients with continuous support and improvements during the post-implementation period.
  • Delivering comprehensive training to users to maximize their understanding and utilization of new SAP OTC systems.
  • Working closely with technical developers to facilitate the execution of specified changes, as and when required.
  • Maintaining pristine project documentation, ensuring updated records of the project progress and next steps.

  • Relevant degree and/or certifications will be desirable.
  • Extensive experience working with SAP OTC and in a managerial role.
  • Proven record of successfully handling multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent project-management, problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated client-consultation experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of interdependent SAP modules.
