As our, you will play a fundamental role in optimising our client's financial system operations. You will have a wealth of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance that draws from a solid IT and Finance background to drive implementation and maintenance of these systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the successful implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Finance (previously SAP FICO in SAP ECC)
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into best-fit SAP solutions.
  • Leading functional and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conducting thorough training for end-users on newly implemented processes or solutions.
  • Facilitating regular meetings with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to track progress and resolve any issues arising.
  • Streamlining business processes using SAP S/4HANA Finance to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Performing routine problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolution, and testing on SAP S/4HANA system.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices for system security and promote data integrity.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, finance, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience as a SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP FICO Consultant
  • Consumer/Retail Industry experience, ideally within a consulting/client delivery setting.
  • Experience in leading finance team during SAP implementation.
  • Expertise and hands-on system configuration, testing, user support, and troubleshooting.
  • Extensive knowledge in all areas of financial business processes, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Asset Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Consolidation, Accounting Management/Controlling, Planning and Budgeting.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Profound ability to solve complex problems and drive projects to completion.
  • Familiarity with ABAP programming would be a plus.
