Key Responsibilities:
- Implement improvements on the reporting packs and decks (eg: database systematic and biz analytics tools).
- Co-Create IBP/SBP guides for our categories.
- Run the Error checking milestone on our Rolling Demand Plan (RDP), keeping close communication with our LAM Pricing team.
- Drive Business On Hand analysis (BOH) for our Categories in order to identify possible risk and opps in our top and bottom line. + DTC RDP
- Own the Global IBP upload into SYSPHERA tool for regional purposes and SAC tool for global reporting, including communication to stakeholders.
- Drive discussion trough the DP Team using facts base to challenge the BUs and Biz Segments numbers (NS, SM, NQ, RDP) for mid- and long-term planning.
- Influence others using hard data to drive the best decision making.
- Facilitate business collaboration with regional BUs through a monthly operational rhythm to track business progress.
- Support on projects.
- Own the demand planning brand reports preparation for global and regional MBR
- Implement the FTW franchise report across LAM categories
- Engage in the seasonal forecasting process by enabling the databases and creating team synergies to align on the process and dates

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experienced in data analysis, data results analysis, data base and dashboards implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, power query, power BI, power point. Experience with planning software/tools is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English advanced).

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 Years experience
- Textile and Sports industry experience is a plus.
- Background on economy, engineering, logistic, data science or similar is a plus.
