Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Preparation and execution support of customer visits
- Participate in preparation calls with account teams and storytellers to prepare the space as needed for each tour. Work with our team of experts to gain an overall understanding of the showfloor content of SAP enterprise software solutions and technology Innovation is required.
- Support content creation for customized tours
- Customize the show floor for upcoming customer tours if needed
- Support the execution of customer tours including broadcasting support if needed
- Take photos and notes during important visits
- Coordination and support of all onsite customer and partner events in the Experience Center to ensure a seamless experience working closely with our customer engagement team
- Maintenance and operations support of the Experience Center showcase space
- Connect with 3rd party support partners for troubleshooting assistance and coordinate proactive maintenance activities
- Prepare the showroom daily to receive the customer and account team for their tour
- Learn SAP Experience Center portfolio of Innovation Showcases and present the contents to participants after gaining proficiency over some time
- Contribution to project management and communication related to the Experience Center
- Support projects across the North American Experience Centers and Create content for executive briefings in the form of PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, videos, etc
- Provide operational support across the SAP Experience Center, some tasks include
- Connect with 3rd party support partners for troubleshooting assistance and coordinate proactive maintenance activities
- Prepare the showroom daily to receive the customer and account team for their tour
- Provide production support during virtual events leveraging the latest state-of-the-art production capability for show and tell
- Assist with technical presentations and product demos to customers from the SAP Smart Factory

- Education: {Education level + desired degrees} Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration / Marketing / Communications or related course of study
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/boot camp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
- Curiosity in technological topics, fast learner, and an urge to understand how things work
- Proficiency with IT Tools and especially proficient Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, word, excel)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a global and international environment
- Experience in project management with a high degree of motivation and ability to work independently
- Embraces fast pace, constant change with grace under pressure
- Ability to speak Spanish, not required but nice to have
