Key to your success as GAD will be your ability to:
Orchestrate and lead the execution of the account strategy, incorporating Software, Cloud, Services, Support/Maintenance, Partners and Channels (including OEM).
Create and Execute Digital Transformation 3-5 Year Road Mapping, ensuring the alignment of SAPs Virtual Account Team to deliver on Business Outcomes.
Develop long term c-level relationships, create and manage a strong joint SAP-customer governance model, and ensure that the SAP assigned executive sponsor is appropriately engaged.
Lead Integrated Account Planning and ensure that SAP footprint is expanded with involvement of all relevant LOB’s and strategic engagement with SI partners.
Collaborate with the customer; Institute a Strategic Customer Engagement Model driving Bidirectional Strategic Road Maps.
Experience:
Many years of business experience in Sales or Consulting with complex business software / IT solutions, deep specified industry/domain expertise.
Several years of Large Account Management experience / leading account teams.
Industry knowledge of the Hightech/Semiconductor sector.
Knowledge of SAPs Service and Support offerings is a plus.
Strong experience as (an Associate) Partner or GAM at System Integrator preferred.
Several years of Business Consulting Management or Value Engineering.
Experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure.
Skills:
