What you'll do
The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be
- review and approval of deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotations
- guiding and advising our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements
- preparing contractual documents from template, drafting legal language for deal specifics
- compliance verification based on internal policies
- addressing internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement
- contributing ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements

What you bring
- fluent written and spoken English - good command on MS Office ( Excel, Word and Outlook )
- strong follow-up skills, proactive mindset and "can do" attitude
- ability to work under pressure
- University Degree preferably in Law or Economics might be advantage
- previous professional experience in deal support is a plus
