This role will require 2-3 days/week on-site at the client in Princeton, NJ, the remaining time can be at an EY office or remote/working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing 2 project managers working on a portfolio of brands.
- Develop deployment and project timeline standards across the portfolio.
- Support the project managers in developing and sharing project management tracking and monitoring in program tracking tools (e.g. Workfront, Jira, etc) with the brans
- Responsible for day-to-day oversight of client projects by supporting project managers in scheduling client meetings, prioritizing project tasks and helping to drive project work streams and deliverables
- Partner with the brand, omnichannel strategy and any alliance teams in communicating the book of work, key timelines/milestones and helping remove any blockers
- Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered
- Work with cross-functional teams to direct and drive better processes and ways of working, tailored to team needs
- Continually update relevant business stakeholders of project status and periodically publish project status reports across the brand or portfolio
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of financial health of all portfolio projects executed by the studio, work closely with the US and Global Project Management Leadership on financial reporting and compliance with EY economic principles
Desired Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience leading projects in a Production Management/Project Management/Producer/Account capacity at life science advertising agency or pharmaceutical company in a marketing or marketing operations role.
- Experience managing cross disciplinary teams (designers, developers, researchers, copywriters, etc.)
- Experience building and managing digital project roadmaps through completion/delivery
- Experience with Project Management Software (Jira, Azure, Teams, etc.)

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $119,900 to $219,800. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $143,900 to $249,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
