Job Description:
As the Senior Product Manager for the Payment Services, you will play a pivotal role in development, rollout and monetization of Card BIN services, MID provisioning, vaulting, tokenization, account updater, 3DS and other similar services as a part of the PPCP product suite. Your responsibilities will include leading strategic initiatives to optimize payment processing costs, drive market expansion, and enhance payment experiences.
Product Strategy and Vision
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for Payment services offerings.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the payment industry.
Product Development and Management
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, development, and release.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Ensure that products meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
Customer Focus and Stakeholder Management
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are central to the product development process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Develop and present business cases, product proposals, and performance reports to senior management.
Technical Expertise
Maintain a solid understanding of CNP processing, card processing costs & fees, payment gateways, tokenization, and other related technologies.
Experience in design, build and versioning of REST APIs, js SDKs, webhooks.
Provide guidance and support to the team and other stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, card network mandates and global regulatory changes.
What do you need to bring-
10+ years of experience in product management within the payment industry, with a focus on CNP processing.
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of Card BIN services, MID provisioning, vaulting, tokenization, account updater, and 3DS., card processing fees, and related economics.
Experience working in product-centric companies, with significant cross functional internal and external dependencies.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence internal and external stakeholders and to work withgeographical-dispersedteams in support new product initiatives.
Breadth and depth of industry experience in executing partnership strategies, prioritizing product backlog by balancing short term goals and long-term plans.
