What the Candidate Will Do

1. Work on a variety of projects including launching new products, expanding new cities, acquiring new riders, working with internal / external stakeholders including governments to explore new business models and transportion solutions
2. Frame and structure our business problems
3. Use data and analysis to solve these business problems
4. Communicate your insights, verbally and in written form
5. Design and execute projects that will see the end-to-end delivery of your solutions
6. Partner with local and international business and technical stakeholders for project delivery
7. Contribute to the development and execution of the Operations strategy for Taiwan

Basic Qualifications

1. University degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business/Commerce, Social Science, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

2. 3-5 years of experience applying analysis to solve business problems (for example, in consulting, investment banking, technology and operations)

3. Business fluency in Mandarin and English

4. Solutions mindset: you are naturally curious and are motivated by solving problems, however complicated or ambiguous they may be

Preferred Qualifications

1. Analytical skills: you can develop actionable insights from complex data. You have experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualisation tools. You are highly proficient in Excel/Sheets and SQL. Experience with Tableau, Python or similar is a plus

2. Collaboration: you work well with other people and can handle engagement with multiple stakeholders from different teams, locally and internationally

3. Initiative and ownership: you manage and deliver end-to-end projects with autonomy

4. Communication skills: you can communicate complicated insights and arguments both verbally and in writing
