Additionally, you will engage directly with nonprofit and healthcare organization leaders as a trusted advisor, applying your industry expertise in support of each organization’s unique needs and relevant application of AWS resources. You will also work with global teams to localize and customize GTM initiatives for their regions and employ strong cross-cultural communication skills.An ideal candidate will have a combination of strong presentation skills, a proven record in operating and mechanizing scaled initiatives, experience interacting with executives, strong writing skills, a natural inclination to articulate and deliver measurable outcomes, and a pulse on nonprofit and nonprofit healthcare industry-wide trends and influences that will inform the creation of compelling content, initiatives, and events. You will also have experience with sales metrics and the operations of a sales team. Success criteria for this position will be based on delivery of initiatives and impact on business attainment. The position also requires a strong acumen around nonprofit and nonprofit healthcare operating models.
Key job responsibilities
* Further develop and scale GHN team business development initiatives
* Design and iterate program infrastructure, processes, and metrics of success
* Own aspects of delivering the AWS IMAGINE Grant, AWS IMAGINE: Nonprofit Conference, and AWS Nonprofit Credit Program
* Gather, analyze, and communicate information to support business cases and strategies
* Develop and/or cultivate relationships with key stakeholders such as AWS leadership, customers, and industry leaders
* Implement and manage project schedules and portfolio planning/administrative tasks to support key deliverables
* Continuously monitor key metrics
* Produce written summaries, Amazonian documents, and presentations for internal and external communication of outcomes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLPursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
