As our Executive Administrator, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff and SPICE Leadership team to provide seamless support, including calendar, travel, & team support. The position requires excellence in primary administrative functions, as well as the responsibility for executive-level interfaces, potential contact with customers and partners, as well as contact with all levels of Microsoft employees worldwide and the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality. The role is based in Redmond, WA and requires 2-3 days per week in the office.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years Administrative or Business Support in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize urgent situations and requests.
  • Experienced with cross-team collaboration working across organizations and reporting boundaries to get things done.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Internal tools, i.e., Employee Central, ICIMS, OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams desireable.
  • Ability to accommodate diverse working styles and perspectives of all individuals.

Business Support ATR-E - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $32.16 - $64.90 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $43.08 - $71.25 per hour.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • Complex calendar management
  • Travel logistics, trip preparation and expense reporting
  • Develop & maintain strategic working relationships with key business stakeholders/leaders across the organizations
  • Develop an understanding of critical business needs, enabling appropriate decisions which impact a manager’s time
  • Coordinate team morale events and/or broader team-wide events in collaboration with the admin community
  • Professional presence at all times, as a representative of the team and Microsoft to outside customers
  • Work closely with the SPICE Chief of Staff, Business Administrator, peer EAs, helping to manage Rhythm of the Business and people processes, including the team’s budget management, quarterly and mid-year budget reviews, leadership meetings, business reviews, Connects, Rewards discussions, All-Hands meetings, and other key discussions
  • Manage headcount information and be a proficient user of all internal people, budget, and space management tools to generate relevant, timely, and accurate reports
  • Manage team space needs and office moves as required and coordinate with the Office Product Group (OPG) space planner
