Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.).
- Experience with research questions within a given domain, and technical tools for the analysis of data.
- Experience owning and delivering consumer focused research or mixed method solutions and driving results.
- Experience working on a number of different research efforts or projects.
