As A Project Manager I you will be working on the planning and execution of the assigned projects from order through final sign off after full scope of supply delivery, with the supervision of a senior PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES Listed in order of relevance: - Report project progresses from order to final sign off. Take care of budgeting, planning activities and priorities, trigger invoicing, organize project meetings (kick-off, progress and close-out) and testing activities. - Create and manage project schedules, change orders, understand contractual & commercial terms and it’s driven to deliver on time and within budget; - Update ERP system with project activities, status and dates, in order to support revenue forecasting, milestones invoicing, resources loading forecasting and material procurement and manufacturing; - Communicate with sub-vendors, including monitoring their deliverables and supplies in adherence with the PO (time and scope); QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree is required (BSc or MSc) in Industrial, Economics and Business Engineering or Business Management / Economics are preferred.
- Experience in project management or related field is desirable, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimal customer interaction experience is a plus.
- Project Management certification is welcome. - Proactive and driven for results. - Basic knowledge of methods and processes associated with operations and implementation of project execution.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Project is welcome.
- Aptitude to leverage internal and external resources to keep projects on track.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent level of Italian C1-C2 required,
