You will be responsible for developing opportunity pipelines, evangelizing cloud computing, and driving revenue and client adoption.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Drive continuous adoption of IBM Cloud in the market.
- Execute and exceed annual sales targets to drive growth.
- Scale out, reshape, and enhance the IBM Cloud strategy and go-to-market to grow the business.
- Execute against a set of goals including client on-boarding, new logos & customer references, support, and training.
- Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth.
- Develop our growing IBM Cloud partner and Client ecosystems.
- Drive to achieve client success and satisfaction in every interaction.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years in technology-related sales/account management and field operations, working experience for a software or cloud solutions vendor, while leading teams that sell to client organizations in multiple industries, which includes:
- Selling IaaS/PaaS/SaaS solutions.
- Leading sales territories with revenues of at least $5M+
- Leading F2F/Remote sales interaction with CxOs, VPs, and director positions in client organizations.
- Track record of meeting all sales targets.
- Extensive customer relationships and experience working with digital native companies and the Israeli startup ecosystem.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Professional experience working in one of the major Cloud Providers (AWS, Google…) or one of the major Cloud Services Companies (DoIT, AllCoud, CloudZone …)
- A technical background in engineering, computer science
- Track record of developing sustainable new businesses and winning new logos
- Demonstrating leadership capabilities in a non-leadership role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
