GE Healthcare apprenticeship program members will be part of an international team exposed to a variety of tasks within service organization. The Apprentice Program includes on the job training, knowledge sharing and guidance by experienced colleagues, active learning and international exposure.
Visit hospitals and private clinics to assist more experienced Field Service Engineers and Subject Matter Experts during basic and complex repairs /troubleshooting
Support installations or systems upgrades in the field
Works on projects often requiring independent decision-making, analyze data with excel or various other analytical tools.
Meet Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety requirements and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
Participate in early talent events, seminars and trainings.
Qualifications/Requirement
Minimum of University education required with a diploma in Medical Devices/Technologies, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Engineering
Strong analytical and manual skills
Strong knowledge and understanding of electronics and IT
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Willingness and ability to frequently travel domestically and less frequently internationally
Desired characteristics
Passion to learn and take on new responsibilities
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
