As a consultant you’ll support the Team with the seamless end-to-end client experience across all Tax services. Ensuring an effective and efficiently coordinated team deliver to our clients in a timely and profitable manner.

Your key responsibilities

In your role as Consultant , you will have responsibility for:

  • Day to day delivery of positive relationships with EY teams
  • Day-to-day support in the delivery of services & reporting within the parameters of a detailed scope of services and service level agreement against agreed KPIs & SLAs
  • Day to day support with the financial performance of a client portfolio
  • Day to day support with the development of each client engagement within a portfolio through enhancements to processes and engagement improvements
  • Continuous learning and personal development

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines in a pressurised environment
  • Passion for exceptional service delivery
  • Numerate, articulate and IT literate
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task

To qualify for the role, you must:
