Sr Sales Operations Specialist
You will report directly to our Director of Sales Excellence, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, or Fort Mill SC locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will lead weekly, monthly and quarterly rolling revenue & order forecast, employ solid problem-solving skills, facilitate weekly revenue calls and deal funnel reviews, support revenue objectives and participate in proactive, cross-functional management of inventory investments /assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and manage revenue and order forecasting process for North America region
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps to meet revenue and order target
- Own pipeline management and related processes, including order intake say/ do improvement
- Establish and oversee SFDC management practices and value realization, drive standardization of sales process & tools
- Improve existing or create new reports and dashboards as required for continuous improvement, using digital tools (for ex. Tableau)
- Provide strategic guidance and facilitate the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of transferable experience in sales operations or sales excellence roles
- Strong insight into sales processes, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams
- Strong guidance and team management skills
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field
- Experience using CRM/SAP and understanding CRM/ERP system business processes a plus
- Experience in working with SalesForce
- Experience in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Tableau
- Passion for driving sales excellence and achieving business objectives
