Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Build and analyze clients order book and Sell Out to Forecast achievement and improve stock management.
Ensure sell out process with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload Clients Trade Terms by account
- Monthly control of Trade terms according to sell in info.
- Payment of supporting buckets during season, and payment of achievement buckets after the end of season.
- Control and analysis of Trade terms level by season. Sign off presentation with Sales Director and general manager.
- Build and enrich database with customer orderbook to analyze versus availability and sell out info
- With Order book analysis and sell out data porpose possible order book movement to improve sell in.
- Connect with Sell Out provider and regional team to ensure data transfer.
- Help SO provider with the maintenance of the data.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong numerical and analytical background.
- Ability to interact with external and internal customers
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience on commercial areas
- English intermediate level
- Power BI (request)
- Microsoft office: advance level on excel and Power Point
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Business Intelligence or Marketing.
