Job responsibilities
- Build a very highly performant self governing team of very talented engineers.
- Partner with the product team to create and deliver on a roadmap which aligns with customer needs and competitive strategy.
- Function as a catalyst for change to improve processes and practices to expedite execution. Have a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
- Provide leadership and direction for innovative improvements in the Cloud Security Posture Management.
- Understand the company's vision and develop a strategy for the team to reach its short-term and long-term goals.
- Report on the status and roadmap to senior management
- Serve as an escalation path for the team
Your Professional Profile:
- 10+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of proven hands-on technical management experience.
- Experience recruiting, building, and leading technical teams, including performance management.
- Experience leading large programs involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working remotely across many time zones and cultures.
- Experience making risk management trade offs involving complex technical issues intersecting with business needs.
- Experience working cross functionally to prioritize and refine short term and long term roadmap.
- Experience creating robust and reliable CI/CD pipelines at scale from grounds up and/or making major improvements is a must.
- Past development background in one of system programming or distributed programming or fullstck.
In depth knowledge of AWS and other major cloud providers (e.g. Azure, GCP) is a plus.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $155,000-$210,000 annually.
