- Work as a team to deliver results and achieve daily goals
- Support the team in other roles as required
- Complete Tesla specific training
- Complete TAFE specific training and exams
- Develop knowledge of all Tesla products, Service Systems, Process and Procedures
- Workshop housekeeping
- Maintain records of time, expenses and materials
- Perform basic service work and inspections of cars under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles
- Educational experience: Year 12 completion
- Eligibility to attend foundation training through an RTO
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent English
- Technical acumen – interest in electronics and technology
- Excellent Communication skills, Attention to Detail, and Time Management skills
- Ability to learn on the job, work quickly, efficiently and follow instructions
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and meet deadlines
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive team-player attitude
- Love to change the status quo and work in high-pressure situations.
