At least 15 years of experience working directly with customers in any of the following: providing technical readiness and training, delivery of support services, on-premises and remote technical support, solution development, account management, technical requirements gathering.
Extensive working experience with Security in the context of Cloud Computing: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Services (PaaS), and Software as a service and understanding of one or more cloud security standards and frameworks such as CIS, NIST, CSA, etc.
