In this opportunity, the specific required role is Scrum Master.

Responsibilities:

• Helps the team generate and understand metrics and how they reflect the opportunities of the team.
• Updates metrics when necessary.
• Makes Work In Progress (WIP) visible.
• Facilitates identification of blockers and makes sure they are
• assigned, visible and solved.
• Helps the team maintain their respective roles/responsibilities.
• Helps the team to make the progress and the scope of goals visible.
• Helps team members to understand Jira and the use of it.
• Helps the team to carry out the action items from the retrospectives.
• Facilitates the interaction with other teams inside and outside the area.
• Helps the team identify dependencies with other teams.
• Coaching story-writing that is rightsized for backlog effectiveness.

B) Develop Agile teams and practices:

• Helps the team to understand Agile Values and Principles and apply it in every decision they make.
• Share good practices with others Scrum Masters and Community of Practice.
• Mentor team in Agile Practices.
• Teaches new members Agile Principles and Values and any Agile Framework.
• Serves as a Change Agent in the organization.
• Ensures continuous improvement of Agile ceremonies and other tools to achieve teams' efficiency, by analyzing metrics and feedback given and lead improvement actions.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of trust in the team by facilitating retrospective and exchanging feedback between team members.
• Supports the organization transformation by identifying gaps and its improvements on the current processes.
• Prepared to consult with team members and internal stakeholders on identifying and implementing the best practices for each team.
• Encouraging tools adoption and process adherence that aid the team.
• Ensure tools (JIRA, Confluence) are updated with data consistency by the team.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English (required)
• Scrum Master and Agile Certifications preferred.
• Experience in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Scaled Agile
• Frameworks (Scrum at Scale, SAFe) with a deep understanding of Agile values and principles.
• Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments.
• Working experience (2+ years) as a Scrum Master or Agile
• Coach of distributed Agile team in tech domain preferred.
• Experience working with technical delivery teams and knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development.
• Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices and values
• Good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement.
• Experience and working knowledge of conducting agile work using collaboration tools (Jira and confluence preferred).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
