Platforms for Payments, Financial Services and Agentic Commerce globally.In this role, you will lead global product teams that enable region-specific onboarding funnel, product adoption; drive engagement & retention through all merchant surfaces including web and native mobile apps; enable the creation and sharing of data and insights through reporting platforms; and drive workflow automation for merchants and developers through emerging Agentic experiences.You will shape the product roadmap and execution to balance innovation, platform scalability, and business growth while prioritizing merchant success and developer adoption. You will do this in collaboration with UX, Engineering, Analytics and Commercial cross-functional partners.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Establish a shared vision across the company for a portfolio of products, or platform products enabling development & scalability, with a deliberate and cohesive strategy.
- Leads product strategy development, and develops a clear, executable view of the product portfolio strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Shapes the architectural roadmap and balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, meeting customer needs and product profitability.
- Champions the customer experience and prioritizes customer needs in product requirements and decision making.
- Defines and uses metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis.
- Standardizes workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Responsible for product portfolio profitability, including budgetary decisions.
- Leads operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews. Interfaces with senior leadership as needed.
- Maximizes efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the standard.
Expected Qualifications:
- 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of experience leading others
- Establish a shared vision across the company for merchant and developer experiences.
- Lead product strategy development and share the technical and product roadmap for merchant onboarding, servicing portals, reporting and developer experiences across all surface areas web and mobile including AI agents.
- Interface with senior leadership, key merchant partners, and developer ecosystem stakeholders to drive vision, strategy and execution forward.
- Lead, develop and mentor a global team of product managers focused on merchant experiences and developer platform products.
- Define and utilize metrics that inform success including merchant satisfaction scores, developer adoption rates and platform performance. Oversee A/B testing frameworks for merchant interfaces and developer tools.
