Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement product strategies that align to PayPal’sstrategicobjectivesand ensure a cohesive and comprehensive visionforourglobal pay laterproducts.

  • Product Development Lifecycle:Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept tolaunch including research, design, development,experimentationand iteration.

  • Work closely with ourpartnerteamsincludinglarge enterprise/checkoutand consumer as well as functional teams likedesign, engineering,commercial,sales,marketing, legal,compliance,risk,data,identityandcustomer serviceteamsas well aspartners (banks, credit bureaus, networks)to ensureproduct success.You will need tofacilitatecommunication and alignment acrossmultiple departments andteams.

  • Strategic Planning:Participatein the development and execution of enterprise-level strategicplanning processes, aligningreleaseand program roadmaps with the organization’s overarchingvision and OKR’s. Ensure that all initiatives are strategically positioned to maximize their

Requirements

The US national annual pay range for this role is $209,000 to $359,150
