You are responsible for

• Conducting returned product investigation in the Device Analysis Area

• Collaborating with other internal groups to respond to product inquiries and issues.

• Notifying management and other required functions of investigation findings that are potential safety concerns.

• Establishing priorities based on Aging, Potential Safety or CAPA investigations, according to business needs.

• Leading weekly meetings with manufacturing to provide relevant information regarding the device analysis findings

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Advanced Student or graduated in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering or similar, or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced English knowledge.
  • Advanced Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minitab knowledge and Statistics and Quality Tools knowledge. (Preferred)
  • Onsite
