As a SSR you will perform on-site installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and other Brand IT-products. SSR’s are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the client. They advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may impact product performance or impair client’s IT operation. They may also perform services activities such as installation planning, discontinuance and relocation of IT-systems and products.
Communication skills are critical – both with customers and colleagues. You will answer our clients’ and technicians’ questions, provide support on defect/breakfix service calls, where appropriate, and play a key role in customer satisfaction for service requests.
Work is mainly located in Helsinki area.
