Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the client-facing technical contact for treasury product implementations with global Commercial Banking clients.
  • Provide consultative advice on technical aspects of treasury solutions, supporting sales partners and the sales process.
  • Support ad-hoc online banking testing requests for new CB clients.
  • Facilitate host-to-host implementations utilizing ISO XML.
  • Manage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice on technical aspects of treasury solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to document scope, meeting agendas, minutes, and project plans.
  • Use workflow tools for status updates and document repository management.
  • Establish timeliness and dependencies to exceed client and partner expectations.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving and judgment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in technical project management for complex treasury/cash management implementations.
  • Technical client consulting experience in systems integrations, API connectivity, or file format mapping.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20022 or EDI message formats.
  • Confidence in interacting with technology teams (application development, Quality Assurance, Production Support).
  • Ability to embrace change and actively participate in process enhancements and new product development.
  • Passion for delivering consistent, exceptional client and partner experiences.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment.
  • Strong communication, partnership, and influence skills to lead others toward common goals.
  • Adherence to policy and procedures, meeting or exceeding established SLAs.
  • Proficiency with technology such as WebEx, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite.
